MTN South Africa has introduced MTN Prepaid Itemised Bill (ITB), a new free service that allows MTN prepaid customers to track their spending.
Prepaid customers are able to request their Itemised Bill by SMSing their email address to 30988, and the Itemised Bill will be sent to them via email.
Customers are allowed a maximum of two Itemised Bill requests per calendar month and they will be able to receive their ITB within seven (7) days of receiving the request.
